The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 45min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. Five spacious bedrooms are available for our guests.

With 1500sqft and a pool landscape that deserves its name, you can enjoy the sun on the pool deck all day in all seasons thanks to the south-facing orientation. Nothing will obstruct your view.
